NOTE: If you are ordering other items too, your order will be split into two separate orders to speed up delivery of your in-stock items. Separate Shipping, Handling and Guaranteed Delivery charges apply to each order. Orders with both "P" and "D" dollar issues will be sent to you together in one shipment.
